Dr. Viet Tran

Dr. Viet “Vince” Tran was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After earning his business degree from the University of New Orleans, he realized he wanted a career that focused on helping people instead of looking at spreadsheets. Inspired by his mentor, Dr. Dennis Russo, he discovered his passion for dentistry and was soon accepted into the LECOM School of Dental Medicine.

From the very beginning, Dr. Tran made patient care and comfort his top priority, believing that great dentistry should always be supportive and approachable.

Following dental school, Dr. Tran completed a highly respected residency program at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Florida. There, he gained hands-on experience in surgical procedures, dental implant placement, and full-mouth rehabilitation. His residency training allowed him to refine both his technical skills and his ability to treat complex cases with confidence and precision.

Dr. Tran is known for his calm, friendly demeanor and commitment to creating a stress-free environment at our dental office near Energy Corridor. He takes pride in listening carefully, explaining treatment options in simple terms, and delivering meaningful results.

Outside the office, Dr. Tran enjoys staying active through exercise and hiking, volunteering in his community, and spending time with his rescue dog, Nola.
